
Be Well OC Announces Janet Nguyen as Executive Director of Finance
Irvine, CA. (March 26, 2025) – Be Well OC is pleased to announce the hiring of Janet Nguyen as Executive Director of Finance. With over 25 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and operational leadership, Nguyen brings a wealth of expertise to the organization as it continues to expand its impact in mental health and wellness across Orange County.

Prior to joining Be Well OC, Nguyen served as Chief Financial Officer at mTab LLC, where she led global financial initiatives, optimized reporting structures and secured $15 million in refinancing to bolster liquidity and strategic objectives. She previously held the role of Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller at Quality Systems, Inc/NextGen Healthcare, overseeing financial operations, SEC compliance, and M&A integration during a period of significant expansion. Additionally, Nguyen has provided financial leadership as a Fractional CFO Consultant, guiding high-growth organizations through IPO preparations, M&A transitions and ERP implementations.
Nguyen earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California’s Leventhal School of Accounting, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Irvine. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in California.
