Janet Nguyen, MBA, is a finance executive with more than 25 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and operational leadership. She currently serves as Be Well OC’s Executive Director of Finance, overseeing fiscal strategy and long-term sustainability for one of the nation’s leading community-based mental health initiatives. Janet’s prior leadership roles include Chief Financial Officer at mTab LLC, where she secured $15 million in refinancing to support growth, and Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller at Quality Systems, Inc./NextGen Healthcare, where she directed financial operations, SEC compliance, and M&A integration. She has also served as a Fractional CFO Consultant, guiding organizations through IPO preparations, M&A transitions, and ERP implementations. Janet holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master of Accounting from USC’s Leventhal School of Accounting, and a BA from the University of California, Irvine.
