What is Just Ask Be Well?
Just Ask Be Well is a high-touch navigation service designed to improve access to behavioral health care across Orange County. Our team helps individuals, caregivers, and families understand the system, connect to services, and move forward with confidence.
We focus on real human support. When someone reaches out, they speak with an experienced and trained care navigator who helps identify needs, find appropriate care, and provide follow-up along the way.
Why it Matters

Mental health and substance use challenges often come with confusion, delays, and barriers to care. Just Ask Be Well helps remove those barriers by offering a human-centered approach to navigation and support.
